Tasks
As a Sales Development Representative at Sonia you will help drive growth and connect with healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include :
- Reaching out to prequalified leads via phone email and social platforms
- Managing and qualifying inbound leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conducting discovery calls to understand prospects needs and challenges.
- Ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system for smooth collaboration and reporting.
- Monitoring sales metrics to identify trends and improve processes.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve conversions.

Required Qualifications :
