Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong data background to support data-driven projects in a fully remote setup. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to bridge the gap between IT and business teams, ensuring data solutions align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize data-related needs

Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories

Analyze large datasets and ensure data integrity across systems

Support data modeling, ETL processes, and database design

Contribute to the development and maintenance of BI dashboards and reports

Act as a liaison between data engineers, developers, and business users

Assist with project tracking and documentation using Jira and Confluence

Requirements

Minimum 5-7 years of proven experience in a Technical Business Analyst role

Strong experience working in data-intensive environments

Proficient in SQL and experienced with data modeling and ETL processes

Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or Snowflake

Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Exposure to programming (Python, R) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote, international team environment
