Community Manager Europe-Central, AWS Developer Experience

We are seeking a dynamic Program and Community Manager to join the AWS Developer Relations team in EMEA. This hybrid role combines program management excellence with community engagement expertise to drive developer success and adoption of AWS services. You will be responsible for planning and executing strategic programs while fostering developer communities in Germany, Alps, and CEE countries, working closely with Developer Advocates and cross-functional teams to maximize impact.

Key job responsibilities

Program Management (50%) :

• Drive strategy and execution for developer-focused programs, including first-party AWS and third-party community events
• Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives to scale the impact of Developer Advocates
• Create and maintain program dashboards, metrics, and reporting mechanisms to track success and demonstrate business value
• Optimize processes and introduce automation to improve team efficiency and content production workflows
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align developer programs with broader business objectives
• Manage program budgets and vendor relationships effectively
