Communication & PR Specialist (m / f / n)

Your tasks
- You act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and build relationships with journalists and media outlets
- You develop and execute multi-channel communication plans to strengthen Enovos’ brand image, reputation and stakeholder engagement
- You manage proactive outreach and handle reactive media inquiries by ensuring accurate and timely responses
- You write, edit and distribute compelling press releases, articles, and thought leadership content
- You manage internal communication initiatives, including newsletters, intranet updates, and employee engagement campaigns to foster a transparent and connected corporate culture
- You support corporate events, sponsorships, and public engagements through strategic communication plans
- You write, proofread, and edit a variety of communication materials, including speeches, interviews, reports, presentations and social media content for internal and external audiences
- You use key performance metrics to track media coverage and to evaluate communication impact in order to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- You coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms
- You oversee the creation, design and distribution of corporate publications, including annual reports, and corporate brochures
- You ensure brand consistency and alignment with company values
Your profile
You hold a master’s degree in communication, journalism, marketing or equivalentYou have preferably a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar positionStrong team spirit and a collaborative mindsetYou are familiar with communication tools and platformsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsYou are customer-focused and show a high level of engagement, initiative, and proactivityYou are ambitious, autonomous, flexible, and like to bring in new ideasYou demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills English, French, Luxemburgish and GermanWhat we offer
