The role

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst in our Global Marketing Analytics organisation, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making at HelloFresh. Based in our Berlin Headquarters, you’ll join the Market Insights team - an internal analytics function supporting senior leadership across 15+ HelloFresh markets spanning 3 continents .

You will turn data into strategic recommendations, challenge the status quo, and directly shape how our global brands grow and operate.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to Global Marketing leadership : understand their challenges, frame analytical problem statements, and translate insights into actionable strategic recommendations
• Measure, benchmark, and monitor brand and market performance, proactively identifying opportunities to improve key Marketing and business KPIs
• Influence and optimize Marketing budgets and planning processes by challenging assumptions and ensuring data-driven decision making
• Lead high-impact analytical projects , often partnering directly with senior stakeholders to enhance performance frameworks, forecasting, growth strategies, and reporting ecosystems
• Build and enhance reporting and visualization assets that support day-to-day decision-making and strengthen global performance oversight
• Collaborate with and mentor analysts within the team, fostering a high-performing and supportive analytics community
• Streamline analytical processes and workflows , championing scalable and automated solutions
