Business Administrator as Corporate Production Controller (f/m/d)
Responsibilities :
- Analysis the business performance and profit development with a focus on production costs in the division wound care and creating transparency for the Head of Operations
- Support the Head of Operations as a business partner and accompany him in his responsibility for all Division plants
- Continuous review of results and initiation of improvement measures in close coordination with your business partners
- Carrying out standard processes such as planning, forecasts, KPI reporting and monthly financial statements and preparing these for the Head of Operations
- You work closely with your interfaces in Group Controlling and you are responsible for the further development and standardization of processes and reports for your division
- In projects within the division, you will be in charge of all finance-related topics related to operations
- Guidance, coaching and challenging of the production controllers in the plant
Qualifications :
- Successfully graduated in business administration with a focus on controlling and / or a commercial education with relevant professional experience in an industrial environment
- Several years of controlling experience, preferably in the area of production controlling and reporting
- Strong communication skills
- Independent, conceptual, and goal-oriented way of working
- Profound knowledge of SAP BW / ERP tools and very good MS Office skills
- Very good English and German language skills
