Your mission

  • Organisation and coordination of the entire recruiting process
  • Screening and pre-selection of incoming application documents
  • Initial interviews with applicants
  • Preparation of job advertisements
  • Co-operation with personnel service providers
  • Active participation in and organisation of job fairs

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
  • High level of trustworthiness and absolute discretion
  • Ideally professional experience in applicant management and job interviews
  • Independent, careful and very accurate way of working
  • Organisational skills
  • Team and communication skills
