Your Role

Lead the Future of Machine Vision : Define and implement technology roadmaps for image-based localization and evaluation components.

Drive Development from Concept to Deployment : Oversee the complete software lifecycle, from ideation to regulatory-compliant production.

Collaborate with Experts : Work with international teams, external research partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Shape AI in Surgery : Guide the development and optimization of machine learning models for real-world applications.

What You Bring

Education : Bachelor's / Master's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred).

Experience : Several years in machine learning & computer vision , with a proven industry track record.

Tech Stack : Strong skills in Python & C++ , plus experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, ONNX Runtime, or TensorRT .

MLOps & Deployment : Hands-on experience in optimizing and deploying machine learning models.

Communication : Fluent English skills to collaborate with global teams.

Bonus : Experience in the medical technology sector is a plus, but not required.
