Business Functional Analyst (Gen AI)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to lead and implement Generative AI solutions across enterprise environments. This role focuses on leveraging platforms such as Google Vertex AI, Document AI, and other LLM-based technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Strategy & Architecture

Design and architect GenAI solutions using Google Cloud tools (Vertex AI, Document AI, PaLM / Gemini APIs).

Collaborate with stakeholders to define AI use cases, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps.

Lead technical workshops and discovery sessions with clients.

Model Development & Deployment

Build, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and GenAI models using Vertex AI pipelines.

Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agents, and prompt engineering strategies.

Integrate GenAI models with enterprise systems and APIs.

Document AI & NLP Integration

Develop intelligent document processing workflows using Google Document AI.

Extract structured data from unstructured documents and automate business processes.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure solutions comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).

Implement model guardrails, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices.

Client Engagement & Delivery

Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Provide thought leadership and best practices in GenAI adoption.

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

• years of experience in AI / ML, with + years in Generative AI.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, especially Vertex AI and Document AI.

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

Strong understanding of LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and prompt engineering.

Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and CI / CD pipelines.
