Senior SAP Integration Engineer (f / m / d)

You have the opportunity to join an exciting and international team that focuses on technical implementations for S / 4HANA, ECC, and other exciting transformation projects. We are in the process of implementing S / 4HANA and are looking for a Senior SAP Integration Engineer (f / m / d) to help us achieve our goals. In this role, you will work closely with a talented group of SAP professionals to create transformative solutions that drive our business forward.

As an SAP Integration Engineer, you will be working under the supervision of the Senior SAP Engineering Manager, Business System Engineering. Your main responsibility will be to implement complex integration scenarios in the SAP Cloud environment while adapting to changing priorities and working in a fast-paced environment. You will also be tasked with designing roadmaps for the introduction of the latest SAP cloud technologies, with a clear focus on the business value contribution.

The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and effective communication skills to drive the success of our initiatives. You will play a key role in our sustainability initiatives by leading workshops for requirement gatherings, creating concepts, and implementing the requirements independently. YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

Analyzing business requirements and providing functional and technical design solutions for SAP integration projects

Troubleshooting errors in the interfaces and providing support during the go-live

Working closely with the technical and functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of the initiatives and integration projects

Involved in the planning, execution, documentation and delivery of integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

Managing multiple SAP PI / PO projects, effectively coordinating with multiple stakeholders

Stay at the forefront of industry trends, proactively recommending and implementing innovative solutions to elevate SAP capabilities

YOUR PROFILE

Minimum of 7 years of SAP experience with implementations and integrations projects

Experience in SAP Process Integration / Process Orchestration and SAP Cloud Platform Integration

Strong experience in all capabilities of BTP Integration Suite and web service / API development

Expertise in handling integrations using various CPI adapters : ODATA, SFTP, FTP, IDOC, RFC / BAPI, SOAP, HTTP, REST, JDBC, XI Proxy Adapters

Experienced in WSDL, JSON, XML, XSD and XSLT technologies.

Experienced in security concepts such as SSL, OAuth, SAML, JWT, SSH, Encryption mechanisms and handling security artifacts in CPI

Must have knowledge in CPI exception handling, error notification techniques and data persistence

Should have knowledge in handling security artifacts, encryption and decryption mechanisms

Nice to Have :

Hands-on experience with ABAP, OO ABAP, with a focus on one of the modules

Ability to design and optimize integration processes across disparate systems

Should be able to upscale the tech team on the BTP platform

Understanding and working knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Based services

Experience with SAP Ariba CIG and SAP Ariba CIG Addon for ERP
