We are looking for a

Assistant Bar Manager (m / f / d)

Your tasks

• You are responsible for a smooth service process, take care of all guest requests and concerns and act as the first point of contact
• Ensure that the high standards guests expect from Hilton are maintained and further improved at all times
• Assist in the recruitment, management, training and development of the Food and Beverage team
• Handle guest enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Establish departmental goals and objectives, work plans, budgets, and policies and procedures
• Order necessary materials
• Support other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

Your profile

• You have successfully completed training in the hotel or catering industry
• You have already gained initial professional experience in the upscale hotel or catering industry
• You are a team player and know how to motivate your employees with your excellent leadership skills
• You are a passionate host and enjoy working with people from different cultures
• You are no stranger to reliability and organisational skills
• You are creative and incorporate your ideas into the daily work process
• Fluent German and English are no problem for you
