Assistant Bar Manager (m / f / d)
Your tasks
- You are responsible for a smooth service process, take care of all guest requests and concerns and act as the first point of contact
- Ensure that the high standards guests expect from Hilton are maintained and further improved at all times
- Assist in the recruitment, management, training and development of the Food and Beverage team
- Handle guest enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Establish departmental goals and objectives, work plans, budgets, and policies and procedures
- Order necessary materials
- Support other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
