Role Overview :

As an Implementation Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our health tech solutions are seamlessly integrated into our clients' operations.

You will manage the entire implementation process, from initial planning to full deployment, ensuring that our clients can maximize the benefits of our technology.

This role requires strong project management skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to travel as needed to meet client demands.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of our software systems for clients across Germany.
• Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, and ensure all milestones are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients to ensure smooth adoption of our technology.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Continuously monitor project progress and adapt strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in implementing software systems, preferably in the health tech sector.
• Strong account management skills with a track record of maintaining positive client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in German is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed to client sites across Germany.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
