Your Tasks
Order Management :
Align planning processes with forecasted demand, production capacities, & delivery timelinesForecast and block production capacities & raw materialsMonitor & manage production orders, ensure adherence to deadlines & costsTrack & coordinate order status, resolve delays or disruptions in collaboration with relevant departmentsServe as the point of contact for order-related inquiries from production, sales & logistics teamsInventory Control :
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations, ensuring efficient inventory managementCollaborate with warehouse teams to manage reorder points & safety stock levelsPerform regular inventory analyses & reporting to improve inventory turnover & cost efficiencyLogistics Coordination :
Plan & oversee the movement of incoming finished goodsOptimize transportation routes & schedules in collaboration with logistics partnersEnsure seamless coordination between production, warehouse, & logistics teamsProcess Optimization :
Analyze current planning & disposition processes to identify areas for improvementImplement efficient workflows & digital tools to enhance accuracy & reduce lead timesContribute to the development & implementation of KPIs, reports & analysis for planning & inventory performanceYour Profile
A commercial apprenticeship & / or a degree in business administration, SCM, procurement or logisticsIdeally experience & expertise in : Production planning, operational purchasing, textilesKnow-how in dealing with international suppliersVery good English skillsLogical / analytical thinkingProblem-solving skills & project / process management knowledgeTime & self-management skillsCommunication skills and enjoyment of teamwork & collaborationWE OFFER :
