YOUR TASKS :

  • Drive Technological Advancements :  Develop Nordex wind turbine generator technology and associated systems with your profound technical expertise and people management skills
  • Project Leadership :  Manage diverse and interdisciplinary project teams, providing strong technical guidance and fostering collaboration
  • Engineering Excellence :  Lead and conduct engineering analyses, studies, and calculations on key technical aspects
  • Innovate :  Initiate and drive innovation with a focus on cutting-edge technology
  • Strategic Advisory :  Serve as a technical advisor for product strategy, development, risk, and stakeholder management
  • Effective Communication :  Professionally document and communicate with all company functions, from the shop floor to the board level

YOUR PROFILE :

  • Educational Background :  Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent
  • Industry Experience :  Several years of industrial experience in research and development, ideally with complex systems
  • Technical Expertise :  Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations in wind turbine technology
  • Collaborative Spirit :  High degree of flexibility to work with all areas of the company in international and diverse teams
  • Integration and Communication :  Excellent communication, leadership, and integration skills, with advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish
  • Proactive and Decisive :  Hands-on mentality with a strong decision-making personality
  • Tech-Savvy :  Proficient in common IT tools such as MS Office and MS Project
