We are currently looking for a highly motivated Student (M / F / D) to join our Human Resources team in Meiningen or Munich .

Principle duties and essential functions

Support the team in daily employee life-cycle operations , e.g. preparing certificates, draftign contracts etc.

Assist in applicant management, e.g. organizing interviews

Support in the organization of nationwide management trainings

Support on maintenance and management of the HR system Workday

Organisation of internal events

Supporting the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) events

Engagement with employees and managers in HR relevant topics

Research of complex HR topics

Knowledge, skills and experience required

S tudying Business Administration, HR Management or comparable studies

F irst practical experiences in the field of HR or Project Management

Availability to be part of the team for at least one year

Very good knowledge of German and English

Sound knowledge of current MS Office applications

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Hands-on mentality

Organisation interner Veranstaltungen

Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)-Veranstaltungen

Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften zu HR-relevanten Themen

Recherche komplexer HR-Themen

Anforderungen

Studium Betriebswirtschaft, Personalmanagement oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs

Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich HR oder Projektmanagement wünschenswert

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Fundierte Kenntnisse aktueller MS-Office-Anwendungen

Starke Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
