Product Design Lead

Product Design Lead - B2B / SaaS - €80k-€85k - Remote in Germany

This Series B-funded SaaS company has built a successful productivity tool that enterprises use to help create a world where teams are more productive.

In this role, you'll lead the experience and design chapter of 7+ (UX, UI), who work in autonomous product teams (squads) owning and developing the platform, while reporting to the Head of Product & Design.

You'll help the team build a scalable design system that ensures a consistent quality of user experience and journeys across features, products, and platforms.

Must haves;

• You have shifted into a design leadership role, managing a design team.
• You have experience shipping SaaS / B2B products.
• You have experience managing senior product designers.
• You have previous experience in building and / or managing design systems.
• You have great communication skills and can motivate and transmit vision across all stakeholders.
• You must have the right to live / work in Germany.
