Day Rate : £800-£1000 per day or salary equivalent
Our client, a large listed business, is looking for an Interim Head of FP&A (Bereichsleiter Finanzplanung & Analyse) to join the German subsidiary of their business. Based in Central-Western Germany, they would like you to be in the office 2-3 days a week and work the rest remotely. You must be able to work fluently in both German and English.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes in close coordination with the Head of Finance as well as the divisional and Group finance functions.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision-making in annual audits, tender processes, and various internal planning activities including sensitivity and scenario calculations.
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for the Business Development Manager and executive management.
- Guide and mentor a team of Financial Modelers and analysts.
- Regular interaction with internal departments, particularly Finance and executive management, as well as external entities such as auditors.
