Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – International – Private Debt – Private Equity – AML / KYC

Oversee the complete lifecycle of investment entities in Private Debt and Private Equity, from their incorporation to liquidation.
Draft and review legal documents such as shareholder resolutions, minutes of meetings, and powers of attorney.
Ensure timely publication of required information with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS).
Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to maintain regulatory compliance, including handling AML / KYC processes.
Organize and manage board meetings, ensuring that all decisions are properly recorded and implemented.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer – International – Private Debt – Private Equity – AML / KYC

You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within investment funds or holding companies.

A solid understanding of the Private Debt and / or Private Equity sectors is highly advantageous.

Fluency in both French and English is essential to communicate effectively in a global environment.

You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

An attractive salary package of up to €60,000 gross per year, commensurate with your experience and skills.
