iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Marketing Manager , working remotely in Germany. This role heavily focuses on the intersection of hardware and software as we position ourselves as the leader in the next generation of connected fitness. This role resides in Marketing and works closely with Product, Sales, Direct-to-Consumer, and Subscriptions teams to develop and execute on a marketing strategy for iFIT’s suite of products (NordicTrack, ProForm, iFIT, Freemotion) in Germany. You will work cross-functionally to execute marketing plans locally in these markets.
ROLE COMMITMENTS
- Build and launch localized marketing campaigns that resonate with our target customers, increase awareness for our products, and deliver business value
- Collaborate with global marketing to deliver full funnel campaigns
- Launch iFIT subscription campaigns with full funnel marketing support; goal of increasing subscription revenue by 10% in year 1
- Increase iFIT and NordicTrack share of voice in hybrid fitness and holistic fitness
- Improve unaided brand awareness of iFIT
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation. Utilize a mix of online and offline channels including digital marketing, events, PR, and partner marketingTranslate global marketing initiatives into actionable plans at local market levelConduct market analysis and competitive intelligence, collaborating closely with the Consumer Insights team to ensure that voice of customer is central; utilize market data to identify consumer trends and growth opportunities, and to make data-driven decisionsManages marketing execution in local earned and owned channels (e.g., retail partners, SEO, organic social media and influencer marketing, events)Works with regional GM to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies or improve direction for current campaignsCollaborate with Analytics function to report on campaign performanceEDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Education and Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field3+ years of experience in sales or marketingDeep understanding of fitness and software markets, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviorsProven success in a marketing role with experience in subscription productsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze market trends, and make data-driven decisionsPreferred Qualifications
