Job Description

As a Business Development Manager your role will include the following tasks :

Convince decision-makers from global market leaders and hidden champions to participate in our national, European, and US-based B2B conferences by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Research markets and identify industry trends to communicate relevant topics to target audiences and specifically address C-level executives.

Manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to negotiating, on-site engagement, and securing repeat bookings to build long-term business relationships.

Collaborate closely with your project team from Marketing, Conference Production, and Event Operations to meet the individual requirements of clients and ensure the success of the events.

Plan and execute campaigns within the framework of multi-project management to successfully position and deliver our B2B conferences to clients.

Manage your customer database, actively track sales opportunities, and build networks with both existing and new clients.

Required Profile

To succeed in this role, you should bring :

A university degree in business administration, communications, humanities, or impress us with an unconventional background.

Motivation, excellent communication and persuasion skills, and a customer-oriented personality.

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and enjoy working with people.

Enthusiasm for proactive phone sales and supporting our clients across various event formats, whether live or digital.

Structured and independent work style, quick comprehension, and analytical skills to identify client needs.

Fluency in English is essential (C2)
