How your job will look like?
- Facilities operation service provider
- Practical site-, workshop-, and fleet-management
- Organization and support of all administrative management processes
- Coordination of teams, suppliers, and technicians : Central point of contact for cross-company departments and functions
- Take part where needed in the technical site maintenance
- Proactive involvement in optimizing operational processes and increasing cost efficiency
- Procurement of goods and services
- Supplier search, obtaining quotes, budget monitoring, order placement, and delivery tracking
- The job may require occasional travel and visits to other locations in Germany
All you need is :
Passion for excellent ServiceProfessional experience in office or facilities coordinationTechnical skills, electrician or mechnical, handiman.Good negotiation skillsFluent in English, spoken and writtenFluent / native in German, spoken and writtenProficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelKnowledge of project management is an advantageExperience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuiteApply now and become part of our team in Munich!
