SAP Transformation Manager (FI / CO)

They support their members with services from central purchasing, logistics, marketing digital services and banking services. They have been established since 1931 and employ over 1,000 employees and operate in 29 other countries. They are currently looking for an SAP Transformation Manager to lead the migration from the ECC 6.0 to S / 4HANA in the SAP Finance environment. You would be directly reporting to the CIO, and joining a team of 25 inhouse consultants who are in different SAP teams (SD, Logistics, FI, Basis). Tasks You will be : Designing a clear, phased approach for migrating or implementing SAP FI / CO systems. Aligning SAP FI / CO transformation goals with organizational business strategies. Serving as the point of contact between business stakeholders, finance teams, and SAP consultants. Presenting progress updates, system capabilities, and ROI to C-level executives. Leading cross-functional teams (IT, finance, accounting, controlling, etc.). Monitoring progress to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget. Addressing bottlenecks or risks during SAP FI / CO transformation. Profile You have : Experience in planning and executing complex S / 4HANA rollouts in the SAP finance environment High enthusiasm for SAP topics and their strategic design Very good networking within the SAP community and access to important contact persons Project and process management In-depth knowledge of different project management methods and in the selection of the appropriate method depending on the situation Experience in the holistic implementation of complex (SAP) projects as well as the ability to inspire employees for change processes Very good understanding of business processes and different business requirements Industry knowledge Strong communication skills and open-mindedness (Fluent German and business fluent English) We offer Sound interesting?
