Product Manager Medical SaaS (with AIML Focus)

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle of our core medical SaaS platform. You will be responsible for defining the product vision prioritizing features and collaborating with engineering clinical and commercial teams to deliver products that meet market needs and regulatory requirements. A significant focus of this role will be integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to enhance clinical workflows diagnostic support and operational efficiency.

Tasks

• Product Strategy & Vision : Support management with the long-term vision and strategy for the medical SaaS platform ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market opportunities.
• AI / ML Integration : Identify evaluate and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI / ML for improving clinical value (e.g. predictive analytics automated reporting diagnostic assistance).
• Roadmap Ownership : Develop maintain and communicate a clear data-driven product roadmap articulating trade-offs and rationale to stakeholders.
• Customer & Market Insight : Conduct continuous market research competitive analysis and in-depth user interviews with clinicians administrators and patients to identify pain points and validate solutions.
• Requirements Engineering : Writing detailed requirements by including all stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance : Partner with Regulatory Affairs to ensure all product features especially those involving AI / ML comply with relevant medical device regulations (e.g. CE Mark) and data privacy laws (e.g. GDPR).
• Go-to-Market : Collaborate with Marketing Sales and Regulatory Affairs to develop pricing positioning and successful launch strategies.
