Its majority shareholder is a global leader in transport infrastructure, employing over 70,000 people and present in more than 15 countries. As a general contractor, the company executes projects in the building construction, industrial, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

Position : Construction Manager for Traction Works (Projects in Germany)

Your responsibilities :

  • Direct supervision of construction works based on contract requirements, technical documentation, schedules, and quality standards in the area of traction networks and associated works.
  • Organization of the construction site within the assigned scope, including necessary equipment, materials, and in-house workforce.
  • Supervising work and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations during the construction process.
  • Ongoing monitoring of the assigned budget.
  • Analysis and valuation of submitted offers.
  • Participation in project acceptance processes.
  • Settlement of works with the client, including the preparation of required documentation.

Our expectations :

  • Higher education in a relevant field (construction, electrical power engineering, traction networks).
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in projects related to traction networks.
  • Mobility and availability for ongoing projects.
  • Communicative knowledge of the German language.
