Your Role

As our Sales Expert, you’ll :

Own key OEM accounts, driving opportunities and growth in the Automotive market.

Execute impactful growth strategies and lead high-value projects to success.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Drive the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, including contract and pricing negotiations.

Provide insights on customer needs to inform strategic decisions and product development.

What You Bring

Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in Tier-1 supplier sales, applications, or program management.

Proven track record with Automotive OEMs in Europe.

A results-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Bonus : Experience in selling sensor solutions like LiDAR, cameras, or 3D systems.
