Senior Product Manager Finance ERP and Integrations fmd

As a Senior Product Manager Finance (ERP and Integrations) you will focus on building advantages through the development and optimization of our ERP (MS Dynamics) system and integrations improving our Finance capabilities reliability and efficiency.

Collaborate closely with ERP (MS Dynamics 365) engineers consultants stakeholders (Finance Accounting Controlling SCM Asset Management) and tech teams (SF FinTech Contracting and Presentations) to define clear roadmaps and initiatives for your area.

Drive product discovery and delivery to optimize finance operations (eg. monthly closing procedures collections) and enhance cost efficiencies through tech implementations in Enpals complex finance domain.

Refine and break down business requirements into clear product backlog items for effective implementation by tech teams.

Define clear KPIs aligned with stakeholders and delivery teams; drive alignment on quarterly and yearly objectives and key results (OKRs).

Act as an impact advocate by communicating product releases and their impacts across stakeholders.

Set measures and dashboards for core Finance processes.

Grow into a role that includes mentoring product employees.

Qualifications :

At least 5 years of product management experience with min 2 years in finance domain / fintech teams.

Additional experience in supply chain logistics or ecommerce environments is a plus.

Proven track record of managing complex software products and driving product innovation.

Preferred : Familiarity with ERP systems specifically MS Dynamics 365.

Preferred : Experience in integrating financial systems and tools into ERP.

Understanding of agile methodologies; experience working closely with technical teams.

Strong analytical skills with a datadriven mindset; ability to define clear KPIs for continuous improvement.

Strong project management capabilities to plan execute and oversee projects effectively within defined constraints.

Exceptional communication skills to convey product vision; experience managing stakeholder relationships at various levels.
