ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a Demand Management Specialist (m / f / d) with an affinity for technology, ready to take on a new challenge?

We are FRAMOS, a global technology company with over 180 employees. We are looking for a Demand Management Specialist (m / f / d) to optimize our Demand Management processes and ensure a seamless and efficient supply chain.

Reporting to the Demand Fullfillment Manager and working with a global team of supply chain professionals, you will act as the key cross-functional link between demand planning and real-time customer demand fulfillment within our Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.

We currently have 2 roles available : one to be based in our brand new, state-of-the-art campus in Čakovec and one in our stylish and central Munich office, with the possibility to work remotely a few days per week after onboarding is completed.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be responsible for the proper execution of the demand fulfillment, escalation management and demand prioritization process.
  • You will be working closely with other departments such as sales, product management, production and finance to ensure that the needs of the company and our customers are met and a smooth supply chain is maintained.
  • You will coordinate and execute the entire process of "Order-to-Cash", including communicating with external and internal departments to ensure that orders are processed, produced and shipped on time.
  • You will monitor forecast consumption daily to identify deviations from plan throughout the month.
  • You will customize existing reports and dashboards while also designing and implementing new ones to enhance data visualization and insights.
  • You will be responsible for the integration of digital technologies and tools to automate manual or repetitive tasks.
  • You will help to increase forecast accuracy to perform efficient stock management throughout the Supply Chain.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have several years of experience in a similar role , for example in order  fullfillment  demand management.
  • You   have   experience  in  proactive   collaborating  in  cross-functional   teams   globally
  • You   are   fluent  in English -  German  skills   are   beneficial .
  • You   have   great  time  management  and organizational  skills .
  • You   have   very   good   communication   skills .
  • You   have  a high  affinity   for   numbers  and strong  analytical   skills .
