Our client, a leading company in the Industrial Components sector, is currently looking for a :
Sales Manager Germany
Reporting to the local Country Manager and functionally to the BU Director / Directors, the successful candidate will be based in Germany but will work within a growing international team.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for commercially managing and developing relationships with Customers mostly related to HVAC-Energy and Machinery sectors but will also support the other cluster when it needs (except for Automotive and Aeronautical).
The ideal candidate is accustomed to building complex commercial relationships with industrial clients and identifying market needs while ensuring maximum satisfaction and loyalty. In this role, he / she will constantly liaise with the internal Technical Office to identify the most appropriate technical product characteristics, supporting customers and proposing high value-added solutions.
Areas of responsibility :
- Maintain current business in Germany
- Develop business aligned with the Group’s Product Roadmaps, collaborating with Management and colleagues
- Contribute to the development of technical solutions, based on comprehensive market intelligence and competitive analysis
- Identify sales conditions and manage the selling process from quotation to launch
- Provide support in resolving technical problems faced by customers
- Prepare the sales budget and periodic reports
- CRM management
Requirements :
Degree in Engineering or similarMinimum of 8 years in Sales Management and Business Development within HVAC-Energy and Machinery sectorsExperience in building complex commercial relationships and proven track record in the identification of market needs while ensuring maximum satisfaction and loyaltyCRM proficiencyTeam player, Strategic thinking, Managerial standing, Result orientation, Organizational skillsExcellent communication skills, Proactivity, Strategic ThinkingUsed to work in a team with continuous improvement methodologiesGerman mother-tongue and excellent knowledge of English, other languages preferably Italian a plusAvailability to travel 50% of the timeLocation : Germany
