Senior Manager - Product Lifecycle Strategy (f / m / d)

As part of the Make-or-Buy team, you will support the execution of global lifecycle management strategy at STADA by defining criteria, processes, and governance to ensure the timely delivery of Life cycle management initiatives for legacy products under STADA product portfolio.

In addition, you will look to define and implement control systems and suggest actions of improvement via established RACI matrix, and present case proposals to upper management.

What you can expect :

You will manage the product life cycle initiatives end-to-end, from ideation to approval. Be the SPOC, engage with relevant stakeholders during the process (ESO, Internal Ops, Transfer Teams, Reg.

Affairs, BD&L, Finance, Supply Chain and Affiliates)

• You will ensure adequate information flow and coordination between all stakeholders to ensure business cases for make-or-buy decisions are developed accurately and timelines followed.
• You will establish and manage control systems to track development process of life cycle initiatives and compliance with requested timelines, and execution of life cycle Business case decisions, with monthly and adhoc presentation of reports and dashboards.
• You will introduce the concept continuous process improvement in the product life cycle initiative strategy, by establishing debriefing meetings at the end of each project.
• You will be responsible for governance of make-or-buy decision evaluations and leading the decision meetings with upper management.
• You will support the definition of criteria and processes to trigger life cycle initiatives.
• You will support the creation of shortlist of products that follow pre-defined criteria

Who we are looking for :

• You are a proactive person and embrace the position from a holistic perspective and need for continuous improvement initiatives.
• You have a relentless willingness to learn and out of the box thinking mode, you are resilient.
• You are fluent in English.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in business economics, industrial engineering, industrial management or similar area. Master s degree seen as plus.
• You have more than 5 years of professional experience in the Pharma industry, in the areas of CMO management, direct procurement, Portfolio life cycle management, business development.
• You have knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Value chain : COGS drivers, Production costs, manufacturing processes. In addition you understand EU regulatory rules and requirements from a non-expert view.
• You have experience in project management activities, with demonstrated track record and results and are comfortable as user of SAP, Power BI, and tableau
