StellenbeschreibungStrong experience working with PM and client stakeholders to create a roadmap for DataQuality COE (people, process, tools, change management,etc). Strong understanding of underlying business processes and associatedmetrics. Define and baselinemetrics. Experience in understandingapplication / system / dataowners / providers. You should workclosely with client business SME and data analyst todefine, prioritize & finalize DQ issues, resolution approachplans. You should work closely with PM to define the implementationplan. Experience in designing DQ framework / businessrules / routines. Experience in healthcare, health insurance background a bigplus. Experience in IDQ andInformatica MDM will be aplus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ years of relevantexperience.
- Demonstrate excellent communicationskills, including the ability to effectively communicate withinternal and external customers.
- Ability to usestrong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolvecustomer concerns, with a high level of focus and attention todetail.
- Strong work ethic with good timemanagement and the ability to work with diverseteams.
