YOUR TASKS

As an intern (m / f / x) in the field of strategy, you will support your project team in the content and operational management and consulting of a large customer on an innovative FMCG product and take responsibility for your own sub-projects.

We are looking for an intern (m / f / x) in project management who is enthusiastic about consumers and who can help design and support innovative digital, hybrid or analogue projects.

The following responsibilities await you in your daily business :

• You will take on your own sub-project responsibility in ongoing strategy projects and carry out a variety of tasks independently
• You will empower the team through desk research, e.g. in the area of trend research or in relation to CRM, digital or cooperations
• Together with the team, you will develop innovative strategic approaches to customer-specific enquiries You create customer presentations, pitch decks and analyses in Excel
• You support the team with analysis activities, e.g. communication, target group and competition analyses
• You create reports for individual campaigns and identify optimisation opportunities together with the team
• You support the strategy team in the development of processes and documentation as well as templates for successful project work with internal and external stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, psychology, sociology or similar with specialisation in strategic planning and / or market or consumer research
• Ideally you have initial practical experience in the areas of innovation management, product design or brand management as well as in the planning and implementation of workshops
• You are characterised by a structured, solution-oriented and precise way of working and have strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
• You are a team player with persuasiveness and assertiveness, empathy and strong communication skills
• You have a very good command of German and English as well as MS Office
