Your tasks

  • Management of various departments
  • Development of a future-oriented strategy for the alignment of the division, including corresponding personnel planning
  • Planning investment, development and maintenance services and preparing the necessary budget plans
  • Monitoring development orders and projects for the construction of machines and systems
  • Submitting proposals for improving technical operations, introducing new processes and purchasing and using new machinery and equipment based on the latest technological developments

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience with relevant management experience
  • Knowledge of the design of mechatronic systems
  • Experienced with CAD systems
  • Confident written and spoken German and English skills
  • Proactive and open communication (internally and externally)
  • Enthusiasm and enthusiasm for new products and technologies
