Your mission Taking an active role in setting up and expanding the sales structure and sales controlling Participation in management of the global sales team Support and coordination of sales activities Monitoring and optimization of sales processes Supporting our controlling department in analyzing sales figures and preparing reports Direct support of the two managing directors in administrative and organizational sales related tasks Creation and preparation of documents and presentations for the Sales Managers Preparation and follow-up of Managing Director meetings with the Sales Managers Your profile University degree or comparable apprenticeship Sound professional experience in sales or internal sales, ideally in a trading or logistics environment Strong communication and organizational skills High customer and service orientation Independent and structured way of working Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Very good English in writing and speech, knowledge of German or or Spanish desirable Ambition and motivation to develop into the role of a sales manager Team spirit and a positive attitude Why us?
