Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of 3-5 sales managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee logistics operations, ensuring efficiency across all modes of transport (air, sea, road, rail).
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements :

  • Based in the Baden-Württemberg region.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, management, and logistics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics and all modes of transport.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
