Your Mission
As a Technical Project Manager , you will drive high-impact aerospace composite projects from concept to delivery. You will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure timelines & budgets are met, and act as a key technical interface for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage technical customer projects from initiation to delivery
Coordinate stakeholders across engineering, production, quality & customers
Monitor timelines, risks, resourcing & budgets
Support technical reviews & drive process improvements
Represent project status and updates to internal leadership and customers
Engage in occasional international travel for partner & customer visits (~30%)
What You Bring
Must-Have
3+ years experience in technical project management
Background in mechanical or industrial engineering (B.Sc. / M.Sc.)
Solid understanding of risk & budget management
Familiarity with project management tools
German C1–C2 & English C1–C2
Hands-on mentality, strong ownership & communication skills
Nice-to-Have
Experience in aerospace, automotive composites, or advanced manufacturing
French language skills (plus, not required)
Team & Reporting
Team size : 1 colleague + working student
Reporting to : Head of Project Management
Close collaboration with Engineering, Production, HR & Marketing
