Finance Stream - Accounting Integration Manager (f / m / x)

We are looking for a Finance Stream - Accounting Integration Manager (f / m / x) to start immediately for our client, a consultancy company based in Frankfurt am Main. Your Responsibilities as Finance Stream - Accounting Integration Manager (f / m / x)

• Actively contribute to the successful financial integration of an asset deal on Wealth Management, within the Finance Integration stream
• Plan and execute all relevant accounting steps for the financial integration, comprising
• Review of Finance relevant aspects of the APA and defining in accordance with the counterpart the operationalization of the agreement
• Review of the assets and liabilities to be migrated, at an account level of granularity, securing an aligned and clear view on the perimeter to be migrated
• Understanding of the target financial ledger structure and system feeding / mapping, to secure the flow of migrated balances into the accounting system
• Framing and specification of all data requirements, for both internal Finance teams and counterparts
• Designing an accounting migration control framework, in alignment with internal teams, to secure accuracy on migration day
• Autonomously manage scope under their responsibility, with regular report on progress status, risk mitigations and timely escalations
