(Senior) Product Manager - Digital Interfaces (f/m/x)

Your mission IONITY is looking for a talented and driven (Senior) Product Manager Digital Interfaces (f / m / x) who will help us to further shape and develop the digital connection set-up and framework for our IONITY Charging Service throughout Europe.

In this role you will be the central person on the business side for all IONITY B2B partner connection interfaces, be it e-Mobility roaming hubs or direct peer-to-peer connections via OCPI.

This will include both, the management and optimization of existing digital partner connection interfaces, as well as the conception and development of new / additional B2B related products, services & features Your role

• Partner Management (Roaming Hubs) : Contract update and change management, running business operations support (technical & invoicing issues management).
• Collaborate closely with the Pricing Manager to manage offer and pricing changes, including technical implementation of price changes and continuous optimization of tariff management.
• Maintain and optimize the Roaming Platform by aligning, developing, and implementing new features and functionalities in collaboration with roaming hubs.

• Coordinate all pricing actions via the roaming hubs and OCPI connected eMSPs.
• Coordinate and drive of all peer-to-peer connections with eMSPs (OCPI).
• Project Coordination & Steering for new B2B related products, services & features : Conceptual design and planning, including cross-function requirement alignment regarding the project plan, timing & dependencies, business case & cost control, etc.
• Partner Interface Operations : cross-functional coordination during financial and commercial, as well as technical issue handling and resolution. Your profile
• Bachelor or master’s degree in Business Management or Economics or a related subject.
• 3-5 years working experience in a consulting, Business Development, Digital Product Management role with a proven track record in eMobility, Digital Service and / or (Partner) IT Connection Management
• High interest in e-Mobility, specific e-Mobility experience and / or MSP-CPO connection ecosystem knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to manage and steer IT related projects or digitalization projects and implementation afterwards with external partners alongside the account manager.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, able to focus in a fast-paced environment
• Team Player with very good communication skills to interact with all company areas and cross-functionally
• Yet confident and capable to work independently and highly self-responsible.
• Experienced and highly professional in working with external business customers and partners.
• Business English fluent (written and oral), German is a plus.
• Start Up mentality, meaning you can roll up your sleeves and you see the challenge as an opportunity, and you are not afraid of getting into the details of solving a problem.
