About the role:

  • Als Customer Service Specialist bist du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Händler und Geschäftskunden.
  • Du bist die wichtigste Schnittstelle zu allen operativen Abteilungen und beantwortest eingehende Kundenanfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat.
  • Du arbeitest als Second-Line-Support mit fortgeschrittenen Aufgaben und Einbindung in die Geschäftsprozesse
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Risiko-, Produkt- und Technikabteilung zusammen und koordinierst maßgeschneiderte Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten internen Stakeholdern. Du leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Kundenerfahrung und -zufriedenheit bei Billie und kümmerst dich zuverlässig um alle Kundenanliegen.
  • Du arbeitest flexibel von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 8 und 18 Uhr (keine Wochenenden) in einem hybriden Arbeitsumfeld (Büro/Home Office).
  • Du hast die Möglichkeit, dich sowohl horizontal als auch vertikal weiterzuentwickeln - wir haben ein starkes internes Programm, welches es dir ermöglicht, weitere Karrierewege innerhalb von Billie zu entdecken und mittel- bis langfristig zu verfolgen.

Who we are looking for:

  • 2+ Jahr(e) Erfahrung in einer kundenorientierten Rolle / Erfahrung im Handel / Kundenservice
  • Vertriebs- und/oder Call-Center-Erfahrung wäre von Vorteil
  • Du hast ein starkes Interesse an komplexen technischen Produkten, Innovationen und Startups im Finanzbereich
  • Du siehst dich selbst als Teil einer schnell wachsenden Organisation und eines schnelllebigen Umfelds
  • Du hast starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um Händler und interne Stakeholder zu unterstützen
  • Du verfügst über gute bis sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Wort und Schrift)
  • Dein Arbeitsstil ist detailorientiert, proaktiv und selbstmotiviert
  • Du fühlst dich wohl in einem aufstrebenden Unternehmen mit ehrgeizigen Zielen und unglaublichem Wachstum in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Frühere Berufserfahrung in einem schnell wachsenden Tech-Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Fintech, sind ein Plus
