Are you a skilled Key Account Manager with a passion for Industrial Automation within the IoT space? 🌍

We’re looking for a

  • Key Account Manager (m / f / d)
  • in Germany to lead customer relationships and growth across the DACH region. In this impactful role, you’ll manage high-value accounts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in the Industrial Automation space. 🚀

Key Responsibilities :

  • Build and sustain trust-based relationships with key customers
  • Understand customer needs, anticipate changes, and drive satisfaction
  • Act as the main point of contact, coordinating between customers and internal teams
  • Strategize on customer growth, negotiate contracts, and set performance timelines
  • Present account progress, goals, and initiatives to stakeholders
  • Your Profile :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a relevant technical field (Master’s preferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales within Industrial Automation networking / computing
  • Fluent in German (IS A MUST) and English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Organized, goal-oriented, and a self-starter who can handle multiple accounts
