• Job Description
• As part of your thesis, you will break down the requirements fortorque sensinginroboticdrives at both the system and subsystem level in a clear and structured manner.
• Toidentifytechnological trends andpotential opportunities, you will conduct comprehensive market analyses and benchmarkingofcurrent systems.
• You will develop and refine a conceptalong withsuitable torque sensors and,based on this, create a clear decision matrix.
• During the functional design phase, you willdesignthe one or two preferred concept solutions for a Proof of Concept (PoC).
• In addition, you will realistically estimate thedevelopment effortand product costs to create a sound basis for further decisions.
• Finally, you will prepare convincing decision proposals for thesubsequentcourse of action.
• Qualifications
• Education :
• Master studies in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, or comparable, with good grades
• Experience and Knowledge :
• basic knowledge ofRequirements-Engineering and the product development process; strong understanding of MATLAB / Simulink and model-based development; foundational skills in working with 3D CAD tools and engineering design;initialexperience with mobile and humanoid robots as well as electric drives; solid mechatronic competence
• Personality and Working Practice :
• youexcelatworkingindependently,collaboratingeffectivelyinteams, andgeneratingcreativesolutions
