WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
This is a hybrid role with two core functions.
First you are our Situation Manager . When a major IT incident strikes you will take charge. You will lead the response coordinate cross-functional technical teams manage all stakeholder communication and drive the issue to resolution with confidence and clarity.
Second you are our TechOps Software Engineer . In your day-to-day work you will focus on preventing future incidents. This involves advanced technical support bug hunting and root cause analysis with a special focus on enhancing our security posture and system observability . You will proactively harden our systems and improve our monitoring capabilities to ensure we can detect and resolve issues faster than ever before.
