EPAM has several openings at Manager, Senior Manager, Director level for Senior Data Analytics Technology Consultants / Architects to join our rapidly expanding Data and Analytics Practice in Germany. These are great opportunities to work closely with our European Data business whilst partnering with multiple clients to enhance and solve their technical data challenges.

Responsibilities

• Act as Data Technology Consultant and / or Data Solution Architect, working with delivery team in various sized complex programmes
• Help drive technology consulting, architecture engagements and transformation through execution phases and work closely with internal, client and third-party vendor mixed teams
• Take an active role in aligning closely with EPAMs wider leadership teams to help shape the business / technology / strategic direction and footprint across multiple clients projects with varying degrees of maturity
• Engage customer organizations at the executive / C-level, helping customers drive enterprise-wide agenda as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account / client portfolio
• Help drive Data Analytics initiatives whilst producing relevant deliverables whilst understanding the intersections between technology, customers, and business
• Lead diverse teams of technical data & analytics professionals within EPAM
• Stay abreast of current and emerging trends and challenges of the space / markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients business and initiatives
• Work closely with project / program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
• Support sales / pre-sales activities by assessing Data opportunities, responding to RFPs, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with prospective clients, and helping to close deals
