StellenbeschreibungMechanical configuration of satellites and payloads Development of mechanical designs for satellites and instrument structures Development and conception of GSE designs (ground support equipment) Development of lightweight structures and design concepts Development and documentation of mechanical designs taking into account the requirements and constraints in terms of function, material and manufacturing Creation of product definition drawings, parts lists and associated manufacturing documentation Successfully completed studies in the field of aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering Knowledge of CATIA V5 and 3D-Experience is an advantage Knowledge of PLM systems is an advantage Familiarity with space-specific mechanical and thermal requirements and constraints Experience in the design and creation of manufacturing documentation Experience in composite materials and structural design Experience in GSE design (Ground Support Equipment) an advantage Advanced knowledge of German and business fluent in English Good communication skills and team spirit High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and organizational skills Willingness to travel occasionally
