Deployment, configuration, and operation of our software solution Shiftconnector (Plant Process Management Tool) for renowned global players in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries* Execution of rollouts and challenging update projects, maintenance and monitoring of our customer installations in cloud as well as on-premise environments* Commissioning and configuration of interfaces (Interfaces / API)* Conducting acceptance tests, project and solution documentation* Participation in projects and partial project responsibility* Handling and coordination of complex support cases for technical issues on the 2nd / 3rd level until final resolution;

including direct customer communication* Close collaboration with our Development and Cloud Ops Team* 5+ years of professional experience in Application Management or a comparable field (e.
