I this role you will be responsible for driving strategic internal projects and providing crucial support to the leadership of our Center of Excellence "Implementation".

By joining Implementation you’ll become a central player in our Project First approach, with opportunities to join multidimensional project teams across the globe and work with some of the industry’s biggest names.

You can make an impact through

• Providing direct support to the department heads
• Preparing executive and global meetings
• Driving strategic internal projects and change management initiatives
• Optimizing office operations and communication within the Center of Excellence, in close alignment with Corporate Communication
• Organizing global leadership meetings, workshops and conventions
• Supporting the global functional departments in driving and executing specific projects

YOU KNOW

You have an academic degree or a similar education and look back at some years of relevant professional experience in an international environment, expecially in Business Development or Business Consultancy.

Furthermore this is important to us :

• Structured and organized work approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong skills in Excel / data driven tools
• Fluency in English and German.

Optional :

• Project Management certification
• Knowledge of the iron & steel industry.
• Understanding of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) processes.
