About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and strategically minded Procurement Manager to drive digital transformation and process excellence across our procurement organization. In this role, you will act as the primary owner and subject-matter expert for procurement processes, tools, and digital capabilities. You will play a key role in shaping the future of our procurement ecosystem by leading complex process initiatives, optimizing system functionality, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

As an individual contributor with elevated responsibility, you will provide thought leadership on best practices, define process standards, and serve as the authoritative representative for procurement in enterprise-wide digital and process development initiatives. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams-including IT, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and business units-to deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative solutions that strengthen operational performance and support the organization's long-term digitalization strategy.

Your responsibilities will include designing and improving end-to-end procurement processes, managing system enhancements and capability deployments, developing governance structures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will lead key projects, influence stakeholders, and ensure that procurement's digital roadmap is executed effectively and in line with strategic priorities.

What You Will Do

• Procurement Process and System Management :

Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for end-to-end procurement processes, digital tools, and system capabilities, providing guidance and strategic insight to stakeholders across the organization.

Lead the design, development, and ongoing refinement of procurement processes and workflows, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.

Serve as the primary procurement representative in cross-functional process development and transformation initiatives, ensuring procurement's priorities, data needs, and operational standards are embedded into broader business processes.

Work closely with category teams, operations, and system experts to design and implement initiatives that enhance procurement efficiency, data quality, compliance, and user experience.

Collaborate with the digital transformation team & the Digital Project leads within the Operations Excellence team to drive digital initiatives within Procurement & BCA.
