Were looking for a strategic and impactoriented Business Operations Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting Omios growth and efficiency at an executive level. In this role youll be at the heart of crossfunctional projects collaborating with senior leaders to drive datainformed decisions and optimize our core operations. Acting as a trusted partner to key stakeholders youll influence business strategy streamline critical processes and bring analytical rigour to initiatives that shape our companys future.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders conducting datadriven analyses that uncover growth opportunities and drive operational improvements.
  • Build scalable tools and frameworks to track evaluate and measure the impact of initiatives supporting a datadriven approach to decisionmaking and prioritization.
  • Lead crossfunctional projects collaborating with Analytics Product and Marketing teams to support impactful initiatives and streamline complex workflows.
  • Monitor company performance metrics providing actionable insights and recommendations that drive progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness delivering impactful solutions that align with Omios strategic goals.

Qualifications :

  • 13 years of experience in management consulting investment banking or strategy ideally within a tech company marketplace or SaaS organization.
  • Selfdriven and actionoriented with a test and learn mindset to deliver highimpact results.
  • Strong analytical skills able to break down complex problems into clear actionable steps that support decisionmaking.
  • Proven experience managing crossfunctional projects aligning stakeholders and fostering engagement to create efficient processes.
  • Proficient in working with data using tools such as Excel Looker or Tableau to drive insights and optimize outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English both written and verbal with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
