YOUR TEAM
To support our HR Business Partner team, we are currently looking for a working student. In your role you get first-hand experience in operational activities within the employee life cycle and will be an integral part of the team that works on strategic support and consulting across all departments on matters related to the employee life cycle. Through our agile business partner model, we offer comprehensive support on personnel issues ranging from onboarding and qualification to organizational design and change management.

You will get the chance to dive into a variety of projects and tasks while interacting with managers and Caridians across different teams.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Unterstützung bei unseren täglichen operativen Aufgaben innerhalb des gesamten Employee Life Cycle, vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding
- Teilnahme an Teammeetings und Projekten, um Einblicke in die Aktivitäten des HR Managements zu gewinnen
- Erstellung von Präsentationen und Kommunikationsvorlagen sowie Auswertung von KPIs
- Zusammenarbeit mit HR Business Partnern an HR-Projekten und Übernahme von Verantwortung für eigenen Projekte
