Inhouse Support Consultant (m / f / d)

Field of activity

Processing of D365 support tickets via DevOps including BUG analysis
Processing of D365 support emails
Analysis, conception and testing of new requirements from the specialist departments
Creation of GAP / FIT analyses
Preparation and support of D365 process tests for the release change
Key user / user training in D365 SCM
Creation of D365 training materials / documentation

Requirements for

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or automation technology or a comparable qualification

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / SCM or a comparable ERP system is desirable

Experience in the area of software support is an advantage

Strong ability to work in a team as well as an independent, solution-oriented and careful way of working

Very good written and spoken German and English skills
