StellenbeschreibungManage the company’s accounting and finance activity Review and approve Accounts Payable Establish company-wide collections policy Work in collaboration with senior management to prepare budget, income projection and cash-flow summary. Track asset purchases and depreciation. Review and approve timecards Track and review the invoice process through Project Managers Maintain a company contract review and approval procedure Coordinate with company’s insurance broker on certificates of insurance Assist project managers in analysis and control of project cost data. Monitor cash position daily. Maintain banking relationships and arrange short-term financing and lines of credit as required. Manage and approval bi-weekly payroll Monitor direct deposit and electronic taxpaying services Manage duties of Administrative Support Staff. Track Workers Compensation issues Ensure that a competitive salary and benefits program is maintained and administered fairly to all employees Coordinate building requirements with property management company. Coordinate routine building support services Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting\Business Administration 7+ years hands-on business accounting\management experience Minimum of 3 years working within the A\E industry utilising a project accounting software Proactive team player with excellent supervisory skills Strong team member, asset to the company Excellent communication and supervisory skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German & English) Naturally command respect Excellent IT user skills
